DAVID LLOYD ST NEOTS / PRIVATE TESTING

Your information.

This independent, member-run padel league is preparing for member launch. The example leagues use fictional players.

What the league records

Registration records your name, contact email, partner request, playing level, optional ViboRank score, availability and any notes you choose to add. Your account can also store your name, contact email, preferred court side and an optional profile picture. Once your pair is in a live league, you can add a pair photo with both players’ agreement. Match records include scores, confirmations, correction requests and admin decisions.

Who can see it

The organiser can review registration details and private decision history. League members can open player profiles showing names, selected partner names or partner-wanted status, self-assessed playing level, player-provided ViboRank, preferred court side, broad availability, league entries and confirmed match statistics. Email addresses, private entry notes and organiser assessments stay private. Profile pictures are only shared with league members when you choose to share them. An uploaded profile photo also retains a compressed full-frame copy privately for its owner to adjust the crop later; other players only receive the chosen cropped thumbnail. Removing the photo removes both copies. Pair photos are shared with league members after both players agree. The player view contains pair names, playing levels, fixtures, scores and standings. Contact Emails and availability are not included in player tables. Match notes and correction requests are restricted to the participating pairs and organiser.

Pair Requests & Notifications

Entrants looking for a partner can send a pair request to another available entrant. The recipient may accept or decline it in their notifications. Acceptance updates both partner selections; the organiser confirms league pairs separately. Naming a partner makes pair requests unavailable. When email alerts are configured, a new request sends the recipient an email through Resend with the sender’s name and a link to Padel Pals. No email address is disclosed to the requesting player.

Sign-in and hosting

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email through Supabase and Resend. The website and league records run on Cloudflare. No league password is collected. Secure sign-in cookies maintain your session; use Sign out on a shared device.

Admin decisions and backups

Admin score changes keep a private history of the previous result, new result, reason, time and organiser identity. Only the organiser can export a backup; exported files include personal registration details and must be kept private.

Before member launch

Member access, the contact route for information requests, retention periods and recovery arrangements will be confirmed before the league is opened to players. This private testing notice will be updated to reflect the launch setup.

Help, Feedback & Recent Entries

Help conversations and feedback are private between the signed-in account and the organiser. They include your account name, email, messages and timestamps. Recent-entry updates show joining times publicly; player names appear only to league members and the organiser.

Site Traffic & Account Statistics

The organiser can review aggregate page views, approximate device categories, successful sign-ins and league-entry figures to improve the service. No analytics cookies, tracking pixels or device fingerprints are used. The data hub does not store raw IP addresses, browser details or full browsing URLs. For signed-in visitors, minimal daily account identifiers allow distinct-account counts and comparison with current entries; these are private to the organiser. Traffic counters and daily account identifiers are kept for up to 180 days. Anonymous visits cannot be identified by name or email or linked to later entries.
